Dr. Kosmas Karadimitriou is a Data Science expert and one of the early pioneers (since 1999) in the use of AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science to solve real-world problems, with over 10 issued patents. His 25-year career spans R&D and leadership positions not only in research institutions such as NASA and M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, but also key roles in successful companies such as ZoomInfo, KAYAK, and Shopify, where he led Analytics, Data Science, and AI/ML projects and initiatives.
Dr. Vivek Mahato is a seasoned Senior Data Scientist with a robust foundation in machine learning and data analytics. His Ph.D. in Computer Science from University College Dublin and his focus on real-time predictive control in additive manufacturing have propelled him to the forefront of the data science field. At Shopify, he drove impactful AI initiatives, employing advanced technologies to foster growth and operational efficiency. His significant contributions to Dublin City University and Whyze Health have further underscored his expertise in applying data science to solve complex problems.
Panos Papaemmanouil is an experienced full-stack Data Scientist specializing in applied Machine Learning for business challenges. He has designed, built, and deployed Machine Learning systems for both startups and large organizations, including demand forecasting, fraud detection, customer analytics, and financial modeling. Panos has also won and placed in the top 0.1% in several worldwide Machine Learning competitions. Additionally, he is proficient in data engineering, data analytics, and cloud solutions, making him an expert in designing data strategies and solutions from the ground up.
